Ideally we like to have unobstructed access to the area where we are to perform from 2 hours before the time we are due to commence the performance. The absolute minimum time in which we can set up is 2 hours: any less than this and we cannot guarantee 100% to be set up and ready to start by the agreed time.
If it isn't practical to fit this timescale into your schedule, then we need to consider assembling our equipment earlier in the day e.g. before the guests arrive for the wedding breakfast. This isn't a problem - if you feel that time may be short, just let us know when your function begins and we will ensure that our equipment is set up and tested by that time.
